Points Rummy

A fast format where one valid declaration ends the deal. Losing players receive points for unmatched cards, normally capped at 80.

Pool Rummy

Points accumulate across deals. A player reaching the stated 101 or 201-point limit is eliminated; the last remaining player wins.

What does not change?

The basic draw-and-discard turn, pure-sequence requirement and grouping logic remain broadly consistent. Operator-specific drop penalties, deck setup and tie rules can vary; publish these details on each product page rather than presenting them as universal.
