Keep play controlled and affordable

Responsible Rummy play

Real-money Rummy can be habit-forming and financially risky. Play only if you are an adult, participation is permitted where you are located and the amount is affordable to lose.

Core rule: Rummy is entertainment, not income. Set money and time limits before playing and stop when either limit is reached.

Set limits before playing

  • Use only disposable entertainment money.
  • Set a session time and spending limit in advance.
  • Do not borrow, use credit or use money required for food, rent, medicine or bills.
  • Take regular breaks and avoid playing while upset, under pressure or impaired.
  • Do not chase a loss by increasing stakes or extending a session.

Warning signs

Pause and seek support if you hide play from family, repeatedly exceed limits, borrow to continue, lose sleep, neglect work or relationships, or feel unable to stop after deciding to stop.

Use available controls

Where product controls are available, use deposit, spend and time limits, reminders, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion. If a control is not visible, stop playing and use the verified contact path to ask about account restrictions.

Protect minors

People under 18 must not participate. Keep account credentials, payment methods and unlocked devices away from minors. Do not allow another person to use your verified account.

When to stop

If playing causes financial stress, anxiety, conflict or loss of control, stop immediately. Consider blocking access, speaking with someone you trust and contacting a qualified local mental-health or gambling-support professional.

Location and legal restrictions

Real-money game availability and restrictions can vary by location and may change. Check current local laws and the product eligibility rules before participating.
